Bought an Audio Technica AT2020 P48, but it's not USB. How do I hook it up to my PC?

This model isn't USB. I've been told that I need to get an amp and then connect that to my PC, but there are so many out there and I don't know which one to get. Also, can't I use a converter to make it fit a microphone-in jack?

Solution
Hi
That microphone requires a 48 volt phantom power supply .
You can get phantom power supplies that would enable you to use a 3.5mm to XLR cable from the mic input on the pc to the power supply, then an XLR to XLR cable from the power supply to the microphone.
