gaming was better when it was for nerds, not stupid people like this. I guess thats why we get 50 rehashes of fear and call of duty a year and maybe 1 decent RPG like Dragon Age or 1 good turn based strategy game every 5 years.

Maybe they were being abusive? The 1st time I got my Xbox taken away, it was pretty abusive in my opinion. As in, I don't think you would see that in a regular day of taking away your kid's Xbox. Although, this kid is probably dumb and didn't realize that it's just a punishment.
