Brand new black out at the start :(

I just bought asus x541u 7thgen today. After charge 3 hrs turn it on haven't done the settings yet and it gone black out 🙁 shop closed this is so frustrated what should i do? Thinking of get refund and use my antique one already please help

Sounds like a board Issue. try to get it replaced under warranty.

but why? just calm down - what did you do? open the packing, charge it, try to start? = blacked out.

i mean, it's not like you kicked it arround, right? so don't worry, replace it - hint - write down your current S/N to make sure you have documentation...

edit: second hint for paranoics *grin* make pictures of the device before handing in for refund / replace, which show it's in good condition - if your dealer wants to send in and you get later notice like: "but it was totally broken" you would be able to show the pictures and say: "not my problem"

Hi, it's work now was just unpack and during first setting it gone black out 🙁 can see mouse cursor but can do nothing.. been read through previous q/s and now it working normally..thanks
