Its mainly when using a Web browser, iv tried them all and chrome works the best except when going on youtube. It's very sluggish, if I try and watch in 1080p60 it slows down and freezes abit, and over all the youtube page is very slow, takes a few secs to close and open full screen for example.

IE 11 works the best for youtube, videos don't lag or feel slow at all, but chrome is superior otherwise

Iv uninstalled all unnecessary bloatware iv tried disabling hardware acceleration and installing Flashplayer, updates all drivers etc etc

My specs are:

A8 6410 (2.0-2-4)
R5 radeon
8gb ram
1tb hdd

Windows 10

It's hard to tell if there's a problem, or if that's normal for slow laptop.

I used a new, budget laptop and it was a lot slower than my dad's 7-year-old laptop. It had W8 at first then W10 so it wasn't a software issue, just slower hardware.

*Still, the FREEZING sounds like a possible issue. I would:

a) run Memtest86 free version for a full pass www.memtest86.com

b) run a drive diagnostic (see device manager or other to find out manufacturer like Seagate then get diagnostic software from support site)

c) reinstall AMD drivers from laptop support site

d) Restore Windows 10 as a last resort (from backup on laptop).

I am not sure what the minimum requirements are to watch 1080p video at 60 FPS on Youtube. I would assume the Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core is good enough to do so.

Since you have updated the drivers and Flash, the problem could be the browser you are using. For example, the following link from Nov 2014 the poster stated he was having issues playing back video in Chrome, but it was smooth when using Internet Explorer 11.

You should Google around for possible ways to tweak your browser of choice to play back 1080p video at 60 FPS.
