Broken hd antenna?

Hello - my digital tv antenna shows a picture with one quarter (top left quadrant) while the others are either blurry or fuzzy and blinking. Is my antenna broken?

It doesn't sound like an antenna issue.
Does the TV have the same problem with another source?
It is possible that the internal TV tuners is bad even if other sources are OK.
