I broke the screen on my hp stream Windows 10 laptop. Since I can't see what is going on on the screen, how would I connect it wirelessly to my samsung smart tv?

Solution
Have you already tried this:
Connects PC/Laptop and TV on the same network.
Go to start menu and select the setting option.
Open the devices option and click on the connected devices option.
Click on add a device button.
Find the list of devices you need to click on your TV option.
That’s it you successfully connect Laptop/pc to TV wirelessly.

Oopsie!

Wireless, I am not sure how you can manage as you need to see what is going on the screen.

But, if you have an HDMI cable or whatever cable that can connect the laptop with your TV, then on the windows desktop, just press Win+P, down arrow, enter. This will duplicate your display.
