With a $750 budget 13.3" laptops with a dedicated GPU are out of your price range. The 14" Acer Swift 3 with a quad core i5-8250u, nvidia mx150, and 1080p screen for $750 is likely your best (and only) option if you do not want a 15.6" laptop.

The i5-8250u is a low power quad core CPU. While it can burst up to 3.4GHz for short periods of time, most of the time it will be limited to 2.4GHz. Though if all 4 cores are being used then max clockspeed will probably be either 2.1GHz or 2.2GHz. The mx150 is nVidia's most current "mainstream" dedicated GPU. It's performance is between that of the GTX 950m and GTX 960m. It is basically the laptop version of the dedicated desktop GT 1030 GPU.
