Budget laptop for wife (web browsing, word processing and world of Warcraft)

I am looking to purchase my wife a new laptop. She will mainly use it for web browsing, word processing and I would like for her to be able to run WoW on high settings. I need to accomplish all of this for under $500. Preferably under $400.

Does this look like a good fit?

AMD preferred because I've always had good luck with them but open to Intel.

WoW significantly favors nVidia cards.... and I don't see it being played on a $400 lappie. The entry point for gaming on a laptop, I see at about $850. For the other stuff, it's hard to beat the smaller iPad / iPad like units.
