Budget PC build. $580

I need a PC without any other peripherals like Mouse, keyboard etc. I already have a GTX 970. My budget is Rs.35000. (USD$580) and I want a future proof PC, preferably Intel based. It should serve me well at least for 2 years.

What do you mean by Peripherals? Oh and If you want a PC without a mouse or keyboard, why don't you get an IPad? Are you asking for another computer screen? If you are, maybe try LG - 25" IPS LED HD 21:9 UltraWide Monitor for only 299.99. Reply if you got anything to clear up (let me understand) your answer.

@NotanotherRobloxian I have keyboard, mouse and Monitor and an MSI GTX 970 . I just need other parts to go with and I need to only assemble the Cabinet Tower. By saying ''I don't need other peripherals like mouse, keyboard etc" I intend to imply that the other things accept the PC itself May be excluded. Thank you for your reply.
