Is Audio Technica ATH-M20x good for pro works and gaming or is there any other alternative in the same price range

yes audio technica is the best.

for $50 i would not expect much as more expensive headphones will certainly sound far better though here are a few to look at

i cannot speak about the m20x though i did gift the m30 to someone. sound quality is decent however compared with the m50 i own the earcups are quite shallow and in general they feel quite inferior. be aware they are not for people with large ears or large heads or glasses.
