Hey guys. I'm trying to get my dad a new laptop. He's a Radiologist and he reads a lot of MRIs, CTs, and high resolution images. He needs a lot of memory and processing speed to view these images. In addition, he wants all the newest Microsoft software as well as a lot of space on his laptop for all these files. I'm no tech whiz, otherwise I'd be doing this myself, so any suggestions on whether it's better to build a laptop or buy a brand name? Any suggestions on what kind of builds you guys can make to help build this kind of laptop?

Thanks.

You can't really 'build' a laptop as you would with a desktop. Some places let you select from a short list of stuff, but that's about it.

i7, 16GB RAM, Office 2010 or 2013.
