Thnx for your help

I have that same receiver. Works well.
Speakers - if you can find a good deal on the Energy Take 5 pack, or Energy Take Classic 5.1 system, go for it.
I got the Energy Take 5 pack for $150 back in December, and matched it with a Polk Audio sub.

From the CNet review in 2011:
"The Energy Take Classic is the most perfectly balanced budget 5.1 speaker system we've seen, making it an easy pick for our Editors' Choice Award in the category."

Proud (3-time) owner of the Energy Take5, here. Good stuff!

The Egg used to have 4 satellite / 1 center kits on E-Blast from time-to-time but they're all gone! This kit including sub goes on sale at less than half-price every month (just went 'off') but I can't speak to the quality of the sub.

I don't think you need a graphics card, and the need for a sound card is questionable. There are some great USB mics on the market.

An AMD Trinity/Richland APU should work nicely for you.
