Question Buy a new phone or repair my old phone

Hello everyone
I am from turkey. Because of high taxes cell phone prices are too expensive. 3 years ago i bought samsung s8 plus 64 gb. But my lcd screen broke. Can i buy brand new xiaomi red mi note 8 or xiaomi 9t or fix my phone lcd screen and use it. Thanks for your answers.

Hmm if i repair my cell phone i must change my lcd screen for 200 dolar, my back cover 20 dolar and my front camera 30 dolar. It costs me 250dolar. But if a buy a new phone it costs me 330 dolar. I can buy xioami 9t or redmi note 8 pro.
