Buying a GoPro need help!

I would like to buy a GoPro for myself but the only problem is that the prices that i have found are super expensive :O

so i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a GoPro HD Hero 2 or 3 for under $250 including postage.

I also live in Australia, Vicoria.
