Buying a mid gaming laptop

Hi.
I wanna buy a new multimedia-gaming laptop with 1000 dollar budget.

The hardware range is:
Cpu_7700hq
Ram_8gb to 12gb
Gpu_1050 to 1050ti
And 256_512gb ssd

The brand is better to be one of these
Asus acer msi

In games I want to get 60fps on 900p resolution with high settings not ultra. Is 1050 enough for this setting?

First off- 900p is going to look awful on a 1080p screen and will only give you about 30% more frames. Not really a worthwhile tradeoff in my opinion.

If you can stretch your budget by just $50 you will be getting a 1060 mobile, which can max out most games in 1080p at ultra settings.

The difference is night and day.
