Buying EU laptop QWERTZ

I'm looking at buying a Lenovo yoga 910 laptop but it's an EU version with a QWERTZ keyboard. I presume i can change settings in Windows to UK keyboard and then maybe just swap the keys or get new stickers for those 2 keys? Is it that easy?

u can change the keyboard layout in the settings.so yeah.no problem there.
