Buyng a laptop

hello i want to but a laptop which has good processor speed and my basic need is gaming . i am living in pakistan . i am not too much concerned about its screen size . it must have a good battery with core i5 processor it must have ability to play games like max payne 3 gta V and of course it needs to be compatible with windows 8 . my price range is under 70000RS . although i don,t want to play these games on high setting . i am satisfied with 30 to 35 . and i can upgrade it too a good graphic card if it is necessary . thank you reply soon
