Bypass dead GPU issue through the BIOS

Hi my laptop GPU is faulty, I have been told I couldn;t change it. But the computer still function on the integrated intel graphic card. The only problem is that most time(95%) it restart I get stuck for days with a BIOS error this can happen for week at the time. Is there is any way to prevent the BIOS from detecting the GPU.

On another forum they suggested that my BIOS wouldn't to disable the GPU checking I was wondering if there were a way to modify it to allow this?
