Bypassing windows 7 password acer aspire one

Hi.

My son had a acer aspire one d255 notebook.
He unfortunately died April 16, 2011 and I can't get into his computer because no one knows his password.
Is there anyway you can help? This computer does NOT have a disc drive. If you want to verify my son's death, you can google him. His name is Benjamin Halverson.

Any assistance is appreciated.
