Hello,
I need a cheap tv tuner for a pc that can connect to a cablecard easily

Solution

To the best of my knowledge, the only one *cough* available *cough* today is the CetonCorp InfiniTV card and it's not cheap.

Your only other option is to purchase a cablecard ready PC.
