Call ended message cutting off calls.

I keep getting call call ended when I call one number on my contacts list. It was working and then stopped. I am not blocked from the number and they can call me. I had this issue with a different sim as well when calling the same number.

You would have to check with your carrier/service provider. Perhaps there is an issue with it.
