Can´t remove add after trying everything, need some expert help, thank you in advance

Because of this add “Wonderlands.com”, and searching everywhere a way to get rid of this, i fall in this forum, with the hope that someone can help me.....

I already tried:

Kapersky Anti Virus

Malwarebytes Anti Rootkit
Remove manually programs and folders supicious on users\app \programs \programs (86) users\roaming users\local, etc, etc
Also deleted my restore points, as metioned on this forum
Unistall Chrome…..I Can´t find this f****, And i can´t stop it, pops up during gaming, in the chrome, Jesus, i´m freaking out with this, it came on a "mai.ru" malware, but i already remove that

Any Help, or Tip?

DNS is the google one, 8888,8844, I don´t have a VPN, and i have only the router from the company that supply the service, it´s a thomson, nothing more

I did, i didn´t give the time to see if the ad pops up on another browser.....but staying like this, like "forbidden" to use chrome is unbearable...there must be a way to remove this f***.....i even made a windows 10 install (keeping my files) with google uninstalled....same result....it´s unbelievable how this f*** hide itself that not even malware removers work......

I don´t know if it´s only in chrome that he pops up, but lately is 100% sure that it is, regarding my google account, i´m not logged in.

I was tired of this error bothering me all weekend, so i reinstall windows 10, keeping my files, with chrome uninstalled, at this point everything looks fine, except my feed shortcuts on start menu, and some games that don´t work....they have disappear

If i run into this problem again, i´ll get back to you
