can any one give the details about 'AMD TROPO XT2' is it r9m375??? because its not written anywhere

lenovo z51-70 in us comes with amd r9m375 graphic card however the inidian site does not state that it states 'amd tropo xt2' .

it is not written anywhere that these 2 graphic cards are same.
so can anyone throw light on the details and performance of 'amd tropo xt2'
