Can anyone help me with this virus

This thing opens chrome to supply *quality* ads, crashes task manager, some virus advice discord tabs on bleeping computer, bleeping computers main virus webpage, FRST, and even some virus help threads on this website, im just looking for someone to help me find out where it could be on my computer i have run a scan on the installer for the malware and this is what i got https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/f25df2000ef37a046a1be0406735f9004d7656b083943d1cdb1b831e31dd534e/behavior

If the malware is crashing your task manager to avoid you seeing it, try ProcessExplorer from MS' SysInternals....

You might also try a bootable off-line Defender scan, and, BitDefender and Kaspersky make such rescue/bootable scanner distros as well....
