Solved! can current eGPUs support older cards like GTX 750 ti or the GTX 660?

In essence any GPU so long as it conforms to the external GPU dock/mounts slots, will be good to go. You will need to be wary of the laptop you're trying to pair it with and how you're pairing it with the laptop. NVMe versions of the external GPU breakaway dock are horrible to work with.
