Can dell inspiron 3543 be used for rendering 3ds max files

Hello,
My friend has got a new brand dell inspiron 3543 laptop. I needed it for some 3d rendering. Please let me know if you have any idea if its a good laptop for rendering, and that it can handle good quality renders.

Dell inspiron 15-3543
Processor : Intel Core i5 (5th Gen)
Ram : 8 GB DDR3 1600MHz
Graphics processor : NVIDIA GeForce 820M DDR3 2GB
And Os is Windows 8

It's a low end laptop so it'll be slow depending on the complexity. Max does have gpu renderers which will be better than using that cpu. But you can't expect much from a dual core or 820m.
