Can i able to play GTA 5 with below configuarations

I have 4 GB Ram and 2GB AMD Radeon 8370M series, I Have free hardware storage of 45GB in local drive and 10GB in C Drive.

GTA V on g1820 (dual core celeron) and r7-240 ~25FPS all low.
Should run nicely on your GPU since it's much faster,what CPU do you have?
