Can I charge the next book in 220v? Its input is 100-240v.

I have a next book Ares 11, it was from my aunt in U.S and 8'm from Philippines, I am really hesitant to charge it. It it ok to charge the gadget in 220v, it's input is 100-240v.

If the input written by the manufacturer says "100 - 240v" then 220VAC is just fine. You just need the proper cord or plug adapter.
