Can I connect car amp to home stereo

Solution
The signal connection is probably doable, but generating the 200A (amps) 12V DC in a home setting is difficult. Car alternators generate up to 150A DC. The battery can support 500A+. Those conditions in a home environment are not worth it.

I have a 35 amp power supply and my 150 watt Orion car stereo amp running a sub in bridged mode it would hit the 35 amps easily. The lights on the corresponding circuit would dim immensely.
