can I do some graphic designing on a laptop with specs AMD APU A8 7410 processor 4GB RAM Radeon R5 GPU

Hi.... I am a graphic design student from India, I have HP 15 bg002au Laptop ....with specs AMD APU A8 7410 processor , 4GB RAM AMD Radeon R5 GPU .can I work with this one ...am confused plz help me.......

The A8-7410 APU is basically somewhat similar to a 4th generation Intel Core i3-4100u in terms of processor performance. However, the Radeon R5 (Beema / Carrizo) integrated GPU is less powerful than the Intel HD 4000 found in 3rd generation Intel Core i3/i5/i7 CPUs. The 4th generation Core i3-4100u has an Intel HD 4400 graphics core.
