Can i upgrade my gpu? Can i buy a seperate motherboard? Here is my laptop specs:
Dell 15 P11F
4gb
1tb hdd

All the upgrades you can do to a laptop , money wise at least, is HDD and RAM. The rest MAY be done in some models, but as people said above it's not worth it. If you want a laptop with better gpu buy a new one, or buy a desktop pc and upgrade it whenever and however you like it!

If you could even find the parts the cost would be prohibitive for likely little gain. Also changing the motherboard will invalidate your Windows licence which will be OEM and therefore tied to the original motherboard. It's also likely you would have to find a cooler upgrade for the GPU. Laptops are just not intended for this type of upgrade
