Can i fix my acer netbook with my phone

My acer aspire won't boot up. It says no bootable device please restart. I can only get f2 to work. Can I down load something for free on my phone and fix my laptop?

Looks like something has gone awry with the hard drive, check in the BIOS to see if the correct device is selected.

How do I check the bios, I am not good with computers at all
