Can I get a better graphics card...

Currently I own a Dell latitude E6410ATG. I'm trying to check the specs for the graphic card and it just says I have a Intel HD graphics card. I did some research on that and I THINK what that means is it just has a basic little graphics card. Is there any way to upgrade that to get a better one? I know sometimes laptops cant be upgraded. Also my computer has a intel i5 core at 2.4 ghz and 6 gb of ram.

Intel HD graphics is a graphics processor integrated into your CPU. You don't have a slot for a VGA on your laptop, and in general laptop graphics cannot be upgraded. Sorry.
