I found a great laptop but the only problem is that is it only has a 240 GB SSD and no other harddrive. Im not planning to install many programs, movies, games etc. Im mostly worried about how much of the
240 GB is going to be left when i start it.
I mean Windows 8 and other fundamental files takes alot of GB.

You will be fine, depending on your use.

My current Windows 8.1 boot drive takes up ~70GB (out of a 120GB SSD). OS and ALL my applications, apart from games.
Win 8.1 Pro, MS Office Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Corel Video Studio, etc, etc, etc.....

What really takes up space is music, videos, and games.
And the hibernation file and pagefile.
