Yes. If your TV has audio output.

The speakers themselves take digital....so if your audio output is analog you have to convert it to digital with a converter first.

It looks like the speakers take an SPDIF RCA digital input.
If the TV has that use it.
If the TV has optical audio out you will need an optical to coax digital audio converter and cables.
If the TV has analog audio out you will need a analog to digital converter.
Check the TV manual on how to use the audio output. You may need to turn it on, the TV speakers off and change the audio output type.
