can i or what device is available on the market that can give me an ethernet port for a wired device from a mobile hotspot?

I have an AT&T mobile hotspot (AT&T Velocity) that works very well for all my home internet needs as I have an AT&T tower 1 mile from my home. My question is, are there any devices available on the market that will connect to my hotspot that provides an Ethernet port for a wired wifi product such as, the Philips Hue lighting bridge?
