Can I play Dayz on my Notebook?

Hi, I want to know if I can play Arma 2/Dayz on my notebook laptop.
Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit (6.1, build 7601)
Processor: AMD E-450 APU with Raedon(tm) HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~ 1.6GHz
2048MB RAM

DirectX 11

By the way i have no clue what any of this means. If i need to upgrade may someone tell me what the best option would be? Cheers.

What graphics card do you have? Can you go to Start, search for "dxdiag" and run it? Go to "Display" and post your display information.
