Can I play GTA 4 on Compaq presario cq45 laptop with graphic card

I want to play GTA 4 on Compaq presario cq45 laptop and I am a big fan of it please give the reply yes or no if no then what I should do to play it

It has Pentium dualcore processor, 2GB of ram, 320GB HDD, and mediocre Intel GMA GPU.

If the specs that I mentioned above right, then it can run GTA4 but in extremely lowest setting to get playable FPS.
Don't expect much from it.
