It is possible, but low resolution and low graphic settings. See link below to GTA 5 being tested on an Asus laptop with an i5-6200u and the Intel HD 520. While not mentioned in this specific video, the laptop has two sticks of 4GB of RAM for a total of 8GB of RAM. Two sticks of RAM allows the RAM to run at full speed rather than half speed. That basically means if two sticks of RAM is installed then that could improve game performance by 5% - 15% compared to having only stick of RAM (regardless of how much actual RAM). Actual performance increase will depend on the game and this only applies to integrated graphics since it uses system RAM.
