No, the laptop has a APU and I'm sorry to say, its not that strong and its graphics performance is bad. I'd suggest trying to buy another laptop, if you need help choosing one with a certain budget that might be able to play it let me know how much you're willing to spend and Ill let you know the best to buy

Honestly, that laptop should be able to play the Sims 4 at lowest settings, since it reaches the minimum requirements. However, I would really recommend trying to get something a bit more powerful.
