Can I play these games with these specs?

My laptop has Intel i3-5005u 2.0GHz, 6 GB ram and Intel HD graphics 5500. I know its not a gaming rig or anything but I wonder if I can play GTA 4, assassins creed 3 (or maybe 4 if its even possible) and maybe Kerbal space program.

I'm completely fine with playing on the lowest settings. I would also like to know if I could play world of tanks in the standard client.
