Can I put a GTX1060 in my Del inspiron 15 7559 laptop

If I cant put it in, than what other good GPUs could i fit in my laptop

if you have a thunderbolt port, you could get a thunderbolt graphic card adapter.

hardware upgrade on laptop is very difficult, due to the fact that laptop are highly customized hardware. especially when you want to cross generation of hardware. the easiest thing to do is that actually find the highest graphic card your laptop model ships with, and see if you can find a used one.
usually that would work fine. same things goes with CPU as well.

Lot's of Dull computers are locked down in the bios / uefi - you can't just add a part simply because it fits in available sockets.
Even if you can fit the part in, you can't necessarily use it.
You GPU is designed for a mobile (960M) - I very much doubt any NVIDIA 10 series GPUs designed for a desktop will fit in that.

No 1060 will fit in your laptop chasis.
