Can I put an Asus n75sf motherboard in a n53sv?

As the title describes my question. Can I replace the motherboard of a N53SV for a N75SF?

The thing is the boards are designed for their specific case so all ports have to be in the same spot and so on. Really Asus are the people that can answer that question.
