Can i replace my LG HT blu ray drive with a drive from another LG HT?

Hello everyone,
i own an LG HX906PX home theater.

Recently the main unit with the blu ray fell down.Hopefully everything works fine except the blue ray drive. I've searched all over the internet for a replacement drive but i cant find any.

So my question is , can i replace the blu ray drive with another lg's home theater drive. Will it be compatible? I have found this one on ebay:

Unless you open yours and make sure that the drive assy has the same model number I would not try fitting a different one even if it is LG.
