Can I replace the body of Sony VAIO Laptop Model SVF142C29M on my SVF142C29L?

Hello,
My Sony Vaio laptop model SVF142C29L body is broken and I want to replace it. Can I replace it with the body of Sony Vaio model SVF142C29M. Are the bodies of these two models same? What exactly is the difference between these two laptops in terms of shape or spec etc? .

Have the vendor send you a picture. If the Mobo is of the same shape, and the screw holes look like they are in the same places, good chance.
