That laptop uses a low power processor (15w) and it's soldered to the motherboard. There's really not much you can do with it.

More so than that. Tomb raider is entirely GPU bound. An i5 will not make it perform better. There's nothing you can do to improve performance here, which sadly is the case for most laptops. Sorry /:
