Can i run 2 graphics cards?

Hi all i have an alienware 18 laptop the specs are:
CPU= i7-4940mx over clocked @ 4.10GHz
RAM= 32GB
GPU= 2x GeForce GTX 880m

So yeah the question is can i use both graphics cards at the same time?

It should be doing so by default.

^ yes, they should be in SLI mode, if they are not, there should be a Nvidia control panel that will allow it if it is supported.

Just remember not all games support crossfire or SLI.
