Short answer, no. You are using a low powered version of an i3 processor. An i3 is not advised for gaming especially a low power one. Intel integrated graphics is not advised for anything but really old or basic games. I am guessing since it's a U sku processor you have a laptop or very small form factor which means the PC you have is unsuitable for game and unable to be upgraded.
