can i run csgo

i have a laptop with 1st gen i5 450
with 3 gigs of ram
64mb (dedicated memory)
1274(total memory)

if it can then will it be higher than 20 fps?
i get very good fps on cs source at 1266*768
higher than 100fps sometimes

Here's CS:GO system requirements for your reference.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom X3 8750 or better
RAM: 2GB
Graphics card: must be 256 MB or more and should be DirectX 9 compatible.
Storage: 8 GB space available

I think the only problem with the specification of your laptop is its graphics card. I think its too low if it only has 64MB, but i'm not sure though if you're referring to your GPU when you say its 64 MB only.
