Maybe at the lowest resolution and settings it might be playable. If it's optimized like gta 4 then it probably won't run.

I think the HD4400 is the biggest problem. So the lower the resolution the better it will run(If at all).

Intel HD graphics are, I believe, CPU-based, and so wouldn't work with GTA V. It won't run without a dedicated graphics card.

Guys, if you didn't experience a product with those specifications before, don't assume that if it is a HD Graphics it won't run.
To answer your question, it will run smoothly. My laptop has an i5 4210u-1.7-2.7GHz, 8GB of RAM and HD 4400-1.7GB. I can run it at native resolution 1366x768 with the lowest settings on.(which in GTA V are "normal" settings as "low" does not exist).

deon! i think you can run gta v..i got an i3 2370m,6gb ram..intel hd 3000.,i play it smoothly though with lower settings
